Agency Automation Hub (“the App”) only accesses social media account information explicitly authorized by the user through each platform’s official authorization system (OAuth). This may include:

• Basic profile information (name, username, profile picture)
• Content access required for automation workflows (posts, media)
• Messaging data for authorized communication automation
• Analytics and performance data for connected accounts
• Advertising account data for campaign management

2. Purpose of Data Use

Authorized data is used solely to provide automation, integration, and workflow functionality requested by the user. Specifically:

• Publishing and scheduling content across platforms
• Managing and optimizing advertising campaigns
• Automating customer communication workflows
• Generating analytics reports and insights
• Providing lead management and CRM functionality

Data is not used for advertising, resale, profiling, or any unrelated purposes.

3. Data Sharing

The App does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties. Data is only processed as necessary to deliver requested integration services. Data may be shared with:

• The connected platforms themselves (as required to perform authorized actions)
• AI service providers for content generation (no personal data is shared, only content prompts)

4. Data Storage and Retention

Where data is stored to support workflows:

• Data is stored securely on encrypted servers
• Only the minimum required data is retained
• Analytics data is retained for the period necessary to provide reporting functionality
• OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are automatically revoked when a user disconnects their account

5. User Control and Rights

Users have full control over their data:

• Revoke access at any time through each platform’s authorization settings
• Request data deletion by contacting us or using the data deletion page
• Export data associated with their account upon request
• View and manage what data is being accessed through the App dashboard

Once access is revoked, the App will no longer access the account and stored data will be deleted within 30 days.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect authorized data, including:

• Encryption of data at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3)
• Encrypted storage of API keys and OAuth tokens
• Role-based access control for team members
• Regular security audits and monitoring

While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The App uses minimal cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics cookies are only used with user consent.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed in servers located in different jurisdictions. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Platform Compliance

The App operates in accordance with the platform policies of TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other connected platforms, as well as applicable data protection standards including GDPR and local privacy regulations.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
