How to delete your data from Agency Automation Hub

Your Right to Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of all data associated with your account at any time. We are committed to processing data deletion requests promptly and thoroughly.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Revoke Platform Access

You can revoke the App’s access directly from your connected platform settings:

For TikTok:

  1. Go to your TikTok account settings
  2. Navigate to “Security & Permissions” > “Manage app permissions”
  3. Find “Agency Automation Hub” and revoke access

For Instagram / Facebook:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings > “Security and Login” > “Apps and Websites”
  2. Find “Agency Automation Hub” and click “Remove”
  3. Confirm removal of all app permissions

Once access is revoked, all associated data will be automatically deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Option 2: Email Request

Send a data deletion request to our team:

Please include the email address or username associated with your account.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon a deletion request, the following data is permanently removed:

Note: Content that was published to your social media accounts through the App will remain on those platforms. You can manage or delete published content directly from each platform.
